COLLATERAL DAMAGE
PART I

It is summer break and two students are sharing a condo in a prime vacation spot along the atlantic coast. One of the girls is a foreign exchange student. They both go to the same school. One does her nails for a bit, then the other girl comes and they talk.

Outside, a man confirms his target---in a room in a building across from where he is. National security depends on him succeeding in his mission at any cost. He needs this room---occupied or not.

As the girls are in mid conversation, the man enters and double-taps each one in the chest, killing them instantly. Ignoring them, he grabs his equipment and gets to work ad the innocent victims lie on the sofa in death pose.

Later, when he is finished, he approaches the young women. He looks them over, checks them out briefly and vows to find them later and spend more time with them. Now, he must go.

It is the next day and the CSI's enter the room. A crime scene videographer documents the scene as they go about their business. They check the girls, then zip-tie their hands and feet. They bag the hands, then get them both into body bags for transport.

At the county morgue, the work begins. Both girls are laid out on separate tables. They get them both out of the bag, then sart on the foreign student first.

It is the usually exam procedure and they do it well. In addition, they take extra effort to check her feet---which still have cotton between the toes.

After a long while they are ready to move to the other victim. They remove her clothes, set her up, then roll her, just as they always do. They start on her finger prints while one tech goes back and does anal swabbing and temp of the first girl.
